The Location Twemlow Parade is a sought after area of Heysham just beside The Cliffs and the coastal path. There are stunning bay views and the sunsets are famous. The area has long been popular with local families and it is not hard to see why. Twemlow Parade is within the catchment area of some popular local schools and there are local shops and restaurants. At Strawberry Gardens there is a parade of shops, a library and a doctors surgery. Travel is easily accessible too with a regular bus service along Heysham Road and of course there is the bypass road which will soon link up to the M6, great for commuters. What We Love 'We love how both the lounge and dining room feature an open fire and log burner adding both a homely feel and providing great focal points to the rooms. Imagine winter times with the fires burning and the perfect setting for Christmas Day' The living Space As you enter the home a warm friendly feel meets you and presents a true family home. The bright and airy hallway provides storage under the stairs and a place to hang up your coats. As you step into the lounge a pleasing bay window fills the room with light and highlights the open chimney breast, where an open fire sits, providing a focal point to the room. The solid oak flooring is complemented by a neutral decor with a feature wall adding colour to the room. A perfect room for the family to gather together in the evenings. The Outside To the rear, the garden is set over two tiers, to the lower tier there is a lawn area bordered with mature shrubs and plants with a patio area and shed. The upper tier has been decked and provides a great spot for table and chairs to be added so you can soak up the sun in the summer months. To the front of the home there is a driveway, which has space to accommodate a caravan or motor home. This leads to the integral garage.
