"Come and make a house your own! This extended traditional semi is a great opportunity for a growing family. There's a garage, gated driveway and garden. With a fantastic Heysham location, close to all the amenities and the link road too this just must be on your short list!

A House to Make Your Own! This is a traditional, semi detached family home which has been extended to the rear and is in a popular residential area. The house needs some cosmetic updating but you will find there's uPVC double glazing and a gas central heating system. We're impressed with this house because of the space and opportunities it offers to first time buyers, growing families and the investor market. Remember, the M6 link road is under construction right now, this area will soon benefit from a direct link to the motorway as well.
You'll find the double glazed front door opens onto a light hallway, there's a bay fronted, formal lounge, a rear reception room that is the full width of the house and behind that the extended kitchen is a generous size too. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and the bathroom. Being a traditional semi detached home there is a front garden and a side driveway which leads up to the detached garage at the rear. The rear garden is quite private too and with cul de sacs behind it is a quiet area. Where it is! Tomlinson Road is in a popular, residential area of Heysham. It's the type of place where families settle, grow and seldom move on. It's easy to see why considering what the area has to offer and with the recent introductions of a new health centre and fitness centre, not to mention the link road which will soon connect Heysham to the M6, Heysham just goes from strength to strength. You will find a road of traditional semi detached houses with gardens. Heysham itself is a popular area for many reasons and this part is itself is a real family area. Close by there are local primary schools along with two convenience stores and a post office. There is a regular bus service connecting the local towns and direct to the city of Lancaster. The historic Heysham Village is not too far away which offers pleasing walks along the Cliffs of Morecambe Bay and then down onto the shore and there are popular Public Houses which also serves food and has entertainment in the summer months. Upstairs you will find three well proportioned bedrooms and the bathroom. Bedroom Two, at the rear, has a built in cupboard and overlooks the garden. The driveway to the side has double gates to the front and allows parking for several vehicles. The driveway leads uup to the detached garage at the rear which is accessed via an up and over garage door. The rear garden has a good sized lawn which has planted beds to the borders.
