"SEMI DETACHED FAMILY HOME IN POPULAR HEYSHAM WITH NO CHAIN!...On a generous corner plot this family home enjoys a larger than average rear garden and has double glazed french doors from the rear reception room that open onto that garden. A great family house! There are three bedrooms, two reception rooms, a fitted kitchen, utility room and first floor bathroom. The house and double glazing and gas central heating.

THE LOCATION Tibicar Drive West is in the popular Heysham area and there are some great local amenities with Strawberry Gardens being not far away. There is a parade of shops here, pubs and restaurants and the local library.The properties are mainly traditional semi detached family houses such as this one although there are bungalows as well. The area has proved popular with more mature and younger families alike. There's good access to the main bus routes and of course the Heysham bypass is easily accessible if your journey takes you further afield. The village centre of Heysham is not far away with an array of local shops, churches and more and of course Morecambe town centre is not far either. There's some great local schools too.
