ABOUT THE LOCATION Meldon Road is located in the popular area known as Heysham. The area is residential in nature but there are some local amenities and within a mile is the Strawberry Gardens area with a wealth of local amenities including pub, shops and library. From here the coast and cliffs path are just a short walk away. Regular buses run along Meldon Road and the area enjoys some great scenery with views towards the Trough of Bowland. Heysham Moss, just along Meldon Road, has been designated as an SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest).
There are a nice mix of property types and the area attracts all age groups but is especially popular with young professionals and families. It is within the catchment area of popular local schools.
