"This end terrrace home, is going to make someone very happy. From its great location, to well presented rooms, and gardens to the front and rear. So if your looking for a family home, this one should definitely be on the top of your list.

The Location Meldon Road is located just off Kingsway in the popular residential area of Heysham. The properties in this part of Heysham are mainly modern in style and range from small one bedroom properties like this one, up to four/five bedroom detached homes. Close by on Kingsway you will find a variety of local amenities and slightly further on you will come across the Strawberry Gardens area where there are further shops and local businesses along with a popular public house which also serves food. A local bus route is also not too far away which will run into the town centre of neighbouring Morecambe or on into the city of Lancaster. What We Love 'We love the feeling of home you get, as soon as you walk through the front door. The soft palette of colours chosen for the decor, provides a relaxing feel through the home, and all we wanted to do was put our feet up and relax'. The Living space Once inside, a welcoming hallway allows you to hang up your coats, and gives access to the living space. The lounge diner is a good space, enjoying a soft cream decor. The window to the front, and Sliding patio doors to the rear, fill the room with light, adding a great atmosphere to the room. A gas fire, with contemporary surround, adds a warming feature to the room. A cupboard under the stairs provides handy storage. Once furniture is added, you will have yourself a perfect living space.
The kitchen is fitted with a range of beech effect units, with complementary work surfaces, and splash back tiles. There is an integrated oven and hob, with extractor fan above, and spaces for the usual white good. The sink looks out over the generous garden, giving a more enjoying view whilst washing up. The First Floor To the first floor there are three bedrooms, and the bathroom. The master bedroom enjoys a peaceful setting to the rear of the property.
