THE LOCATION Limes Avenue is a residential street comprising of semi detached houses built circa 1930 with the family in mind. The street has long been favoured by local families and it's not hard to see why. Situated in the Heysham district off Balmoral Road and close to the junction with Fairfield Road the position makes the property convenient for all the local amenities. Heysham High School is right on the doorstep and there are also some great local Primary Schools in good proximity. The promenade is short walk away and travel links to and from the area are also good with a regular bus service along Balmoral Road and Heysham bypass being within good travelling distance.
