The Location
Windermere Park is a popular modern development in Heysham. Built by Miller Homes these modern houses are very popular with local families. Goldcrest Close is a cul de sac and so it is relatively peaceful and yet there are great travel links and amenities close by. The new link road will soon connect to the M6 and so this area of Heysham is soon to become even more convenient for commuters. Some large employers are close by as well with the Port of Heysham and Power Stations. You will also find a wealth of social amenities in Heysham from the quaint historic village itself through to the coastal and cliff top walks, this really is a great area to call home. There are popular local schools, both primary and secondary and an array of local shops and restaurants at nearby Strawberry Gardens.
