"Located right at the end of the cul de sac is where you will find this modern semi detached home. With modern fittings/decor, a private rear garden, parking/garage and even a conservatory off the kitchen diner, this two bedroom home should appeal to so many buyers.

About the location Crofters Fold is a quiet cul de sac of modern homes in the area known as Heysham. Popular with local families and with a Primary School within walking distance the area also has a regular bus service and local shops close by.

Strawberry Gardens with all its shops, restaurants and businesses is also convenient. Heysham has become increasingly popular thanks to the easy access to the new link road and bringing great access to the M6, ideal for those who need to commute to work. The historic village of Heysham is not far away and offers cliff top and beach walks along the sea front. What we like... We really like the fact that this home offers its very own conservatory just off the kitchen diner allowing you ample space to sit and relax whilst enjoy looking out over your private rear garden. A little about the home As you enter the home from the front entrance you will find yourself in the hallway which has storage for your coats and shoes before you walk through to the living area.
