ABOUT THE LOCATION Brentlea Crescent is located in Heysham and is situated on a street of similar styled semi detached homes making this location very popular with young families. Close by is Heysham Road where you will find a regular bus service which runs into the centre of Morecambe's town or through into the city of Lancaster. There is also a new Medical Centre close to hand along with popular primary schools, local shops and amenities and a public house which serves food. Only a short walk away you will also find the Historic Heysham Village which has it's own cricket green, tea rooms and local shops. You can also walk along the cliff tops and down onto the Promenade onto the beach or visit the children's play area. WHAT WE LIKE We love how this home has an extended fitted kitchen which has ample storage space. This property would make the ideal family home with amenities, shops and schools all close by. WHAT TO EXPECT This semi detached home opens up into the hallway which has access to the ground floor rooms. Once inside the main living space you will see that the lounge and dining room have been made open plan and the kitchen has been extended with access out to the rear of the property.
