THE LOCATION A popular and established residential area. Built circa 1950 the houses are a mix of terraced and semi detached built with the family in mind and offer well proportioned rooms and gardens which are just as suitable for the modern family as they were then. The area is well served by the local buses making travel easy and of course the Heysham bypass is also easily accessed. There's a popular local primary school and some local shops. The parade of shops, local library and pubs at Stawberry Gardens is also close and there are some great local walks. PROPERTY OVERVIEW A semi detached family house which opens onto an entrance hallway and, to the ground floor, offers a front lounge, fitted kitchen and dining area.
