"Looking for a home In Bare ? probably Morecambe's most sought after suburb, well look no further. Located just off Broadway, a short walk from the promenade and less than a mile to the new M6 link road we think this home is going to be rather popular. The house ain't half bad either, extended to the rear and into the loft it has a lot to offer. Photos show just a little of what's on offer so please take a sneak preview.

ABOUT THE LOCATION Elkin Road is a located in a very popular area of Morecambe, only a short walk from the town centre. There are local shops with Asda and Sainsbury's being close by and a number of local businesses. Travel in or out of Morecambe and Lancaster is convenient with the main road offering a regular bus service. There are local primary schools close by too. It's not hard to see why this location is so popular with growing families. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT??? This beautiful semi detached home has been extended to the rear and has been well presented both inside and out. The main living room is to the front and there is a separate dining room on offer.
