ABOUT THE LOCATION Brendjean Road is a quiet, residential cul de sac located in the centre of Morecambe just off Lancaster Road. Its convenience to the town centre amenities is a great advantage, the property also benefits from being a short distance from the local Asda. It is also located within walking distance from Lancaster Road primary school. This area is very popular with first time buyers , young families and young professionals. Not too far away you will find the main town centre where all the high street shops can be found and also the popular promenade for pleasing seaside walks.
