The Location Bare has traditionally been a sought after area. Situated on the outskirts of Morecambe it retains good links with the town centre but Bare Village itself offers a wealth of local shops and businesses and there is a great local community spirit. The village has everything from convenience stores, wine shop, hairdressers, beauticians, bakery, butchers, Post Office and much much more. There are good local pubs and restaurants and various community groups. The area attracts more mature buyers but the quality of the local primary schools also draws younger families in too. Happy Mount Park is close by as is the promenade and of course the village has its own train station too making commuting an easy option. It's not hard to see why this area has built up such a good reputation and why it continues to attract buyers from all walks of life.
