Location
Anstable Road is a sought after address in Bare. The immediate surroundings are residential with a mix of bungalows and traditional semi detached houses. Bare has a thriving local community and a great variety of businesses, shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a wine shop, delicatessen, butchers, bakers, florist, art gallery, beauticians and post office to name but a few. The promenade is close by as is the golf club and Happy Mount Park. For travel the main bus route runs along Princes Crescent and Bare has a convenient train station which connects to Morecambe, Lancaster and the main West Coast line. The neighbouring village of Torrisholme with a whole host of local amenities is also easily accessible.
