'We have lived in our home for 16 happy years. As a family, we have all enjoyed living here and have taken advantage of the fantastic entertaining space many times to have lots of parties and celebrations over the years. It is a very light and bright house. We also extended the property to give us an unusually spacious landing and large master suite and having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms has meant there has been plenty of space for us all. We have enjoyed being in a lovely quiet part of Sergeants Lane and we have great access to local schools, shops and places of worship. We are also within walking distance of the metrolink and bus stops, giving us easy access to Bury, Prestwich and Manchester. We have spent many happy summers in our lovely, secluded back garden. It is totally private and is south facing so we get the sun all day. The large patio has been the scene for many barbeques and family get togethers, recently hosting a marquis for a family celebration. It is also a great garden for children and dogs as it is totally secure. Our 3 children have enjoyed growing up in this house and it is with great sadness that we have decided to move now as they have all either flown the nest or will be doing so soon.'
