What The Owner Says
We have spent 14 happy years here with lovely neighbours in a quiet residential area with the benefit of no through traffic. The house is comfy and warm with a new kitchen and modern decor. The rear garden attracts the evening sunshine for relaxing out on the decking. Excellent transport links to Manchester, Bury, M60 and Metrolink with good local services and restaurants.  We are relocating to Wales and will leave with many fond memories. 

Ground Floor
The Entrance vestibule gives access to the ground floor wc which is a white two piece suite. The lounge is a spacious room allowing for a lot of natural light with a feature living flame gas coal fire, carpeted flooring and most useful under stairs storage, Feature archway to the Dining room which has ample space for a dining table and chairs, enjoying pleasant views over the garden with carpeted flooring to match the lounge. A modern fitted white kitchen comprising of fitted wall/base units with heat resistant work surfaces, integrated electric under oven and four ring gas hob, integrated fridge and freezer, integrated washing machine, tiled floor.
