Details The property is available to let immediately and is offered on an unfurnished basis. Three bedroom semi detached townhouse which is situated on the edge of Tyldesley town centre. The townhouse is ideally located for commuting to and from Manchester City Centre, Salford Quays (including the Media City) and as far and wide as Liverpool, Bolton and Wigan with access to the A580 East Lancashire Road and throughout the North West via the extensive local motorway network, including M62, M60 and the M602. There are railway stations at Atherton, Hag Fold, Daisy Hill and Westhoughton, with excellent local bus links. Tyldesley and the surrounding area offers an extensive range of shopping options with accessible local shops including a major supermarket. The Trafford Centre is only a short drive which boasts a host of larger shopping outlets perfect for a late night purchase or two and numerous recreational facilities. Leisure options are endless and include Tyldesley swimming pool and several local golf courses, including the Marriott Worsley Park golf & country club which are within a short drive away.
