Located near to both Bury and Radcliffe town centres, and Radcliffe metro stop, this house would make a great base for a professional couple. It offers a wealth of opportunity and no onward chain, viewing is a must. Location

Centrally located in Radcliffe, Stopes Road is less than approximately one mile away from Radcliffe town centre. The town centre benefits from several banks, shops and also has a large Asda superstore with cafe. For commuters the M60, M61 network is approximately 2 miles away as is the M62 junction 17 in Whitefield. There is also a tram stop in Radcliffe.

The lounge has a double glazed window to the front and tv/telephone points, this then leads through to the kitchen. The kitchen has a modern range of wall and base units and also has an inset oven and hob. There is a double glazed window to the rear and door to the rear elevation. To the first floor there are three bedrooms all benefiting from double glazed window and radiator and then there is a four piece white bathroom suite. There is a court yard to the rear and there is also a walled garden area to the front. The property is offered for sale with no onward chain and an internal viewing is highly recommended.

From the Radcliffe office turn left onto Blackburn Street and at the proceeding set of traffic lights, turn right, continue down at the road then becomes Bolton Road, continue up to the very top of Bolton Road and at the proceeding mini roundabout turn left onto Stopes Road. Go down Stopes Road and after approximately a couple of hundred yards the property can be found on the right hand side.
