Boasting an enviable corner plot position with fantastic gardens is this handsome true detached bungalow situated on Park Avenue just off Dumers Lane in Radcliffe. The property benefits from double glazing where stated and gas central heating and is also offered for sale with no onward chain. Park Avenue is situated in Radcliffe and Radcliffe benefits from a town centre which has many retail outlets and banks. It also has a tram and bus station taking you to Bury, Manchester and to Bolton. Accessed via a front door which leads you into the entrance hallway, this then has access to the guest wc which comprises of a wc,sink and vanity unit, tiled splashback and double glazed windows to the front. The lounge has feature wood flooring with a feature fireplace, double glazed window, tv/telephone points and doors leading into the conservatory. The conservatory itself has tiled floor and double glazed french doors leading to the rear garden. The kitchen has a white shaker style range of wall and base units with contrasting work tops, space for a range style cooker and there is an integrated cooker hood, one and a half sink and drainer, tiled splashback area and double glazed window and recessed spotlights. A door then leads through to the study room/sitting room which has double glazed window to the front and radiator and this leads then through to the rear utility room. There is then a inner hallway from the lounge which takes you to the three bedrooms, all of which are double and all benefit from a double glazed window and a radiator. Bedroom number one benefits from a run of fitted robes including overhead units. The shower room comprises of a tiled corner shower cubicle, wc and sink, all housed in units which also double up for storage with contrasting tops, double glazed window to the rear, tiled floor and tiled walls and towel rail. Externally there are gardens to the front, to the rear and to the side. The rear of the property is mainly lawned with an abundance of mature, shrub, tree and floral borders and there is also a patio area and there is a garden area to the side of the property and there is a paved driveway to the front which gives parking for a minimum of two cars.



Directions :-

From the Radcliffe office turn left onto Blackburn Street and at the top of Blackburn Street turn right onto Water Street. At the next set of traffic lights turn right onto Spring Lane, follow Spring Lane all the way down and at the very bottom turn right onto Bury Street, follow this around and this then becomes Dumers Lane, go into Dumers Lane and take the second turning on your left into Park Avenue and the property can be found on the right hand side.
