Boasting a cul de sac position sits this fantastic family home situated on Stoneleigh Drive in the heart of Stoneclough, Radcliffe. The dining room has a radiator and double glazed french doors leading into the conservatory. The conservatory has double glazed french doors on the side leading into the garden. The kitchen has a modern range of wall and base units, with contrasting work tops, inset one and a half bowl sink and drainer, inset electric oven with gas hob and there is a breakfast bar area, tiled splashback area, double glazed door to the rear elevation and double glazed window to the rear elevation. From the hallway to the left is a room which is currently being used as a bedroom which does have fitted units, and it gives access to the downstairs wc and sink, radiator and double glazed window to the front. To the first floor there are five bedrooms, all benefiting from double glazed window and radiator, the master enjoys a run of fitted wardrobes including drawer units and bedside units and the family bathroom suite comprises of bath with side panel, wc, and sink, tiled walls and double glazed window to the rear. Externally there is a mainly paved garden to the rear of the property, there is also a garden area to the front which gives off street parking for three vehicles and a bit of a lawned area.

From the Radcliffe office turn left onto Blackburn Street, and at the top of Blackburn Street turn left onto Pilkington Way. Follow Pilkington Way down and at the second set of traffic lights turn right onto Outwood Road. Follow Outwood Road to the top and then turn left onto Ringley Road, follow Ringley Road down for approximately 1 mile into Stoneclough village and then as approach Stoneclough take your third turning on the left into Stoneleigh Drive and the property can be found at the bottom of the drive on the right hand side.
