"Clive Anthony are pleased to offer for sale this extended three bedroomed semi-detached home located within a very popular area of Prestwich being just off Nursery Road. The property is situated close to Heaton Park and the metro link and within easy reach of the motorway network. Internally the property briefly comprises of a hallway, lounge, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom and outside there is a driveway, car port and secluded rear garden. An early viewing is strongly advised as properties in this location are highly sought after.

Ground Floor
The entrance hallway has a stairway leading to the first floor landing, it also gives access to the lounge, dining room and kitchen, there is a useful under stairs storage cupboard which is where the 'Viessmann' combi boiler is located. The dining room is located towards the front of the property which has a UPVC double glazed window and ample space for furniture. The lounge again is a large second reception room at the rear with UPVC double glazed window overlooking the rear garden.
