"A three bedroom semi detached property on Overbrook Drive. A substantial family home in a much sought after area. A great spot for local schools and places of worship, not to mention a short distance to Prestwich Village, the M60 and Manchester City Centre.

Outside, there is a garden to the front of the property and a driveway. Inside, the entrance hall is a great size, and there is lots of natural light. There are two reception rooms, the lounge to the front and an additional lounge to the rear which would service well as a dining room. The kitchen overlooks the rear garden. There is space to the side of the property which gives access to the rear garden. The garden is staggered with lots of useable space.

Upstairs, there are three generous bedrooms. The high ceilings make for a bright spacious feel. The master and second bedroom are each good size double rooms. The third bedroom, to the rear is a very large single room. The family bathroom is tiled throughout with a shower over the bath.
