"We have enjoyed living in our large ,and welcoming family home over the last 12 years. It is a bright modern house which we have carefully extended and improved in our time here to provide a great space for entertaining our family and friends.
The garden and patio are south facing and enjoy long hours of summer sunshine. Our home is very well situated and is close to the beautiful Heaton Park , local shops , restaurants , schools, and places of worship. We are also within walking distance of the Metro link and local buses into town .  The avenue is full of lovely friendly neighbours , but we feel it is now time to move on and hope that the next owners enjoy this house as much as we have as a family over the years".

Upvc double arched doorway leads into the welcoming hallway which has feature laminate wood effect flooring and a most useful downstairs w.c.
