Situated a short walk to Prestwich Village, Heaton Park and Metrolink stations, its clear to see why Egerton St, lined with quirky terraced homes is so desirable.

To the ground floor, the reception room at the front of the proeprty makes for the perfect liounge. High ceilings and a large bay window add to the feeling of space in this room, to the dining room, the second reception room is generous in size and comfortably holds a large dining table and chairs. The kitchen to the rear, is a practical and ueable space, lots of storage and worktop space for even the most enthusiastic of foodies! The rear garden, is a long space, with a large patio and lawn.
