"This has been our home for the last 7 years. We moved in as first time buyers and our love for the house and the area has grown asas we grew into a family. The house is in an ideal position. A very short walk to a tram stop that is 4 stops from the city centre. Ideal for the motorways, plenty of parking for friends and family, good pubs up the road, and then of course there is the park. A gate to Heaton Park is just over the road. A beautiful resource that we make use of every week. We have made significant improvements to the comfort, energy efficiency and security of the property since we moved in. Now the time has come to find a bigger house for our family, we are genuinely sorry to be leaving. This has been our home; a home we have loved and are proud of."
