"A fantastic family home in an excellent location. This three bedroom semi is well presented with south facing garden and double driveway. A close walk from Heaton Park, a short drive to Manchester City Centre and local motorway links. Great location for supermarkets, schools and places of worship.

The home is neatly presented on a double block paved driveway and tiled steps to the front door.Into the hallway, with striking checkerboard tiling. The living room is a good size, it has room for a family dining table and access to the bright conservatory to the rear of the house. The kitchen, although a fairly compact space, has the potential to be easily and affordably updated. The south facing garden is just delightful, with a well kept lawn area and good size patio, it makes for a great family garden.

Upstairs, three good size bedrooms, two double rooms, the master to the front of the property, with a large window space is bright and fresh.
