"We are pleased to have taken instruction in the sale of this immaculate three bedroom detached property which offers extremely well appointed accommodation and is located in this prime and sought after residential location. It is situated close to Bury Old Road and is very convenient for many amenities. Heaton Park with its year round attractions is only a short walk away.

Prestwich village centre with its eclectic mix of bars, restaurants and independent retailers is again only a short walk away, the metrolink has its nearest tram stations at either Heaton Park or in the village and puts the city centre about ten minutes away and for those needing to travel further afield the M60 M66 M62 motorway networks are all easily accessible on the Prestwich Whitefield border at junction 17 of the M60.

The property affords well laid gardens to both its front and rear, albeit the front is split approx 50 50 as a lawned garden and driveway with a central path to the front door.
