We have lived in the house for 12 years and raised our young family here. Our home has been modernised throughout with the addition of an extension to the rear which we use as a dining and chill out room. The garden benefits from the sun from first thing in the morning until late in the evening and this has allowed us to enjoy many barbecues and get togethers with family and friends. We are situated on a friendly, quiet close which also benefits from easy access to Heaton Park and Prestwich Village.

Ground Floor
The entrance porch leads into the welcoming entrance hallway. A modern spacious lounge with amtico flooring, feature living flame gas coal pebble fire, double opening doors into the open plan dining and family room with amtico flooring and ample space for dining table and chairs and a sofa and TV etc, two Velux roof opening windows, French patio doors onto the garden. A modern fitted kitchen with wall/base units with heat resistant work surfaces, free standing cooker with five ring gas hob (included), space for a slimline dishwasher, space for American Fridge/freezer.

First Floor
