We have lived here for 22 years, we have lovely neighbours and we are close to the Metrolink, M60 motorway network, several main routes into Manchester City Centre and a selection of local restaurants. Our home is an excellent location for families as we have many local schools to suit all ages and Heaton park is just a few minutes away.

Outside
To the front is a large block paved driveway for parking several vehicles. The side access is to the right of the property and leads to the rear garden, which is enclosed by fencing and acts as a sun trap in the summer months. There is a large shed which allows for additional storage.
