This three bedroom semi detached home offers larger than average living accommodation and is well located within the Shaw area. The property briefly comprises lounge, kitchen / diner, wc and utility area, three bedrooms, a bathroom and separate wc. There is a large lawned garden to the rear and a driveway to the front of the property. In addition the property has the benefit from a gas fired central heating system. Viewing is considered a must. The property is located in Shaw, just on the outskirts of Littleborough. There are schools nearby and amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity. There is access to Littleborough and Rochdale and access to open countryside nearby.

From Hollingworth Lake, with the lake being on your right hand side, follow Hollingworth Road around until the junction with Church Street and Halifax Road, turn left onto Church Street and continue forward when it turns into Featherstall Round. Turn right onto Whitelees Road and continue forwards until you can turn left onto Whalley Avenue. Follow the road around and the house can be located on the right hand side.
