"A beautifully presented family home with a stunning west south west facing garden overlooking the York Playing Fields. Wait until you see the garden office. It impressed us!

Bowerham has everything a family will need from local amenities including a Spar convenience store, a butchers, beauty salons, a hairdressers and a Post Office. Just around the corner there are several primary schools and Williamson's Park is also only a short stroll away. Access to the city centre is easy with local buses running every twenty minutes which also take you to the University. What we like We were very impressed with the west south west facing garden to the rear of the home.
