What we like We loved the rear garden and the little surprises it has hidden there. The summer house, ornamental fish pond and space to relax and entertain is just great!!! Location Located in one of Lancaster's most sought after and desirable areas, Bowerham. The property sits upon a quiet and leafy cul-de-sac across the road from Williamson's Park which offers 52 acres of green space and housing the popular Ashton Memorial and the Lancaster Butterfly House. Also within close proximity there are local shops and amenities and the Lancaster Boys Grammar School is just around the corner. This area is perfectly positioned for commuters to travel in and out of the city and offers great public transport links into the city's high street centre.
