"A WELL PRESENTED END OF TERRACE ON A GENEROUS PLOT. Wharfedale Road is a generous size house set at the top of the street and as such has gardens to the side and rear. Upvc dg and gch, this attractive home is decorated in soft neutral shades. There's a spacious lounge and kitchen diner. There's excellent views over the rooftops to the rear. The city centre is only a short walk.... book to see!

THE LOCATION Wharfedale Road is located in a residential area of Lancaster that is close to both the Railway Station and only a short walk from the City Centre. The area comprises of a mix of homes from Victorian terraces, through to new modern townhouses and attracts a diverse client?le. Locally there are good local amenities and schools close by. Regular buses go to the city centre and also to the university.
