What we like 'It's not often a ground floor apartment becomes available for sale in The Cedars. To be able to open your french doors and sit out on the patio makes such a difference' Where is Spruce Avenue? The Cedars and neighbouring Highgrove is one of Lancaster's most desirable areas to live due to the quality and size of these modern executive homes and superb location. Spruce Avenue is a quiet private road situated in a clean and green area amongst tree lined streets. Located approximately 2 miles south of the city centre and within easy commuting distance of the universities and the Royal Lancaster Infirmary, this luxurious apartment is perfectly situated. The living space Spruce Avenue enters into a large and welcoming hallway, one which is central to the apartment and one from which all the rooms can be accessed. The hallway is large enough to accommodate furniture and could easily be utilised as a study space. It even boasts a large cloak closet.

The open plan lounge diner offers ample space to both relax and dine. Bright and airy due to its dual aspect windows, this ground floor apartment boasts French doors which open out on to a beautifully maintained garden. The 2nd bedroom is also a double with views looking out over the well manicured grounds. The decor again is soft and neutral in cream tones. There is extensive built in storage in a blue washed beech effect cabinetry.

The bathroom is fitted with a 3-piece suite in white and there is a shower above the bath. The bathroom is part tiled to complement. Private Parking The property comes with its own designated car parking space which is situated approximately 3 metres from the French doors, perfect for un-loading the shopping!
