"This modern over 55's apartment is in a simply wonderful location close to the city centre and canal side walks. The owner has updated the decor and we feel this one bedroom home has so much to offer.

ABOUT THE LOCATION Spinners Court is a modern retirement development that stands in an enviable position at the edge of Lancaster City Centre close Lancaster canal. Local transport runs close by, although the city centre itself is at the bottom of the road. Also close by is Lancaster hospital and Queen Square surgery. This location simply has it all so why not have a wander around and see for yourself. WHAT WE LIKE This apartment has been tastefully decorated in a modern fashion to give a real homely feel. The block itself features communal areas including a garden to relax in, a lounge to greet people and even a guest room for family members if needed. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? Entering this apartment block from the main entrance you will find yourself in the communal lounge area where you can meet and greet guests or simply catch up with your neighbours if you so wish. This area also offers a small kitchen area, ground floor wc, laundry room and an en-suite guest room which will be handy for any friends or family wishing to visit.
The apartment itself is located on the second floor which can be accessed via the lift or staircase. Once inside number 40 you will find yourself in the hallway which has access to all the rooms and a handy storage cupboard. The lounge offers space to both relax and dine with French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony. The kitchen offers ample storage and you will also discover a generous double bedroom and three piece bathroom.

The room has been partially tiled with a decorative border to complement and there is also a heated towel rail on offer. OUTSIDE SPACE Spinners Court offers a large car park for residents to the rear of the building which is accessed from the top of Queen Street. There is also a communal garden area which is lawned with mature shrubs and bushes to add a bit of colour. There are benches available so you can sit out and relax in the summer months.
