WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE AREA? This home is situated on Sefton Drive which is a quiet residential road in the area of Lancaster known as Scale Hall. Scale Hall itself is situated just North of the main city centre and is also close to the seaside town of Morecambe and Heysham Village. Not too far away you will find a wide variety of amenities ranging from local shops to larger supermarket stores, both Primary and Secondary schools and there is also a local cricket and rugby club on offer. The area predominately comprises semi detached homes, many with generous sized gardens, although bungalows and town houses also appear. Regular buses connect Lancaster and Morecambe and there is also a cycle path into the towns.
