ABOUT THE LOCATION Parkfield Drive is a great location for families. The quiet location gives peace of mind, especially for those with young children. Some of the area's best schools are within walking distance including 3 primary schools. Bowerham has an excellent range of local amenities including grocery shops, bakers and a chemist. For those who don't drive the property is within easy walking distance of the City Centre and the University of Cumbria or there are regular buses. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? This semi detached family home is in need of updating throughout but is in one of Lancaster's most popular areas. The main living room runs the full length of the home and looks out over both the front and rear gardens and there is also a kitchen to the ground floor. Once you are upstairs you will find there are three bedrooms and a three piece bathroom suite. Externally the home has a driveway for off street parking and gardens to both the front and rear. The property offers a gas central heating system and the majority of the windows are double glazed.
