"This 5th floor apartment with fantastic views offers a great opportunity for those looking for a property to let or that perfect starter home. It's situated in an ideal location for commuting into or away from the city. The city centre and all of its amenities are a short walk away.

ABOUT THE LOCATION Millennium Heights is one of only a few apartment developments located on the north side of Lancaster and is only a short stroll from both the River Lune and Ryelands Park. The city centre is easily accessible by the connecting Millennium foot bridge which leads onto the historic St Georges Quay. Close by are local shops and amenities and schools. Parking is on-street, with permits available for local residents through Lancaster City Council and local amenities and businesses are also close by. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? This modern apartment is very spacious inside and will appeal to many. Once inside the apartment you will step into a generous hallway with two handy storage cupboards and there is access into all rooms from here. The main living space is fantastic and is open plan to the kitchen. The lounge area has French style doors which overlook Lancaster itself and has views over the River Lune. There is ample space for a dining table and this is open to the modern fitted kitchen which has space for appliances and there is a fitted electric oven and hob. The main bedroom is a good sized double room and there is a further single room, both of which have views towards the river and across Lancaster. The bathroom has been fitted with a modern white suite with tiling to match. Parking is on-street and permits are available to residents for a fee through the council. COME ON IN... The main communal entrance opens up just off Lune Street into the main hallway where you will find the post boxes for all the apartments, a staircase which leads to all floors and also lift access which provides access to every level.
Once inside the private entrance hall for this home you will find that the decoration and carpets have been finished in a soft and neutral colour scheme which will appeal to many buyers. The hall itself has access into all the room available and there is not one, but two large built in storage cupboards offering you ample space for all your bits and pieces. THE LIVING ACCOMMODATION The main living area for this apartment is a great sized space which has French doors overlooking the front of the home and opens out onto a Juliet balcony and this allows in ample natural light. The double glazed window looks out over the front allowing you a pleasing aspect towards the River Lune and over the rooftops of Lancaster. The second bedroom is another generous size room which again has similar views over the front of the building and has been decorated in the same style which will suit most buyers tastes.
The bathroom has been fitted with a white three piece suite and offers a shower above the bath allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds. The majority of the walls have been tiled to match the colour of the suite and there is a built in extractor fan to the ceiling. EXTERNALLY On street parking is available on Lune Street and Captains Row with a permit which can be obtained for residents only through the council for a small yearly fee.
