About the Location Welcome to The Residence, a luxury apartment development, viewed by many as the most prestigious address in Lancaster. This Grade II listed building has been elegantly converted by the award-winning PJ Livesey Group. The development is surrounded by greenery, with views over the Forest of Bowland. It is approached by a tree lined driveway.

The location on the edge of the city centre is convenient for local transport, and for those who need to commute the M6 motorway is around ten minute's drive away. Overview of Property This is a truly delightful two bedroom apartment.
