"SUBSTANTIAL SEMI-DETACHED PROPERTY IN THE POPULAR HALA AREA OF SOUTH LANCASTER. Offering three good sized bedrooms, an unusually large kitchen / dining room and large garden with flagged patio area to the rear, this property would make a lovely family home. The property is gas centrally heated and benefits from recently installed (2012) uPVC double glazing throughout. VIEWING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO APPRECIATE THE ACCOMMODATION ON OFFER.

Location Ingleton Drive is conveniently located on the south side of the river. It is situated close to local shops and amenities including Booths supermarket and is convenient for access to the M6 and Lancaster city centre. Entrance Access to the property is via a part glazed white uPVC door which opens into the light and spacious entrance hall. This is neutrally decorated and features laminate flooring.
