"A well presented semi detached property in the increasingly popular residential area of Hala, to the south of Lancaster city centre and offering easy access by car to Lancaster University and M6 junction 33. Situated on Ingleton Drive, we feel this home is likely to suit a wide range of prospective buyers. The living accommodation is accessible from a single glazed porch to the front elevation and comprises a welcoming entrance hallway and a spacious and well appointed lounge which is open plan with the dining room.
