The front reception room is currently used as a ground floor bedroom however most people may wish to use this as a dining room or a sitting room. The rear reception room is used as the main living room for the home and has a living flame to the centre of the room inset into the chimney breast. The window looks into the enclosed yard and the staircase is open plan to this room and there is access to the cellar which houses the meters and also provides excellent storage. THE OUTSIDE Externally to the rear of the home you will find that there is a rather generous yard which has walled boundaries to the neighbouring sides and some people may well wish to use this as a parking area rather than park on the street at the front. The yard is divided in two by a wall which would make an ideal place for a table and chairs and offers extra privacy from the communal alleyway."
