"A lovely family home on a enviable corner plot. Open plan living, off street parking, a secure rear garden with fantastic parkland on your doorstep, all on a family friendly street!

The Location Situated on the north side of the River Lune, just a short drive from the historic city's centre. Edenvale Crescent can be found nestled on a quiet street just off Torrisholme road, which means the property benefits from easy access into the centre, to the M6 and to Morecambe, the rest of the Lune Valley and the Lakes! There's a regular local bus service connecting the local towns and villages and there is an abundance of local primary schools and secondary schools whose catchment area the home falls into. With a great choice of active local churches this is a real family orientated area with good access to a great array of local amenities, shops and supermarkets too. A short walk will take you to the River Lune where you can enjoy lovely riverside walks. What's on offer? Tiled in white with decorative blue accents and a blue mosaic effect lino to the floor, it has a clean fresh feel to it! The outside space To the rear of the home is a secure garden space which can be accessed from the home itself or from a gate to the side which leads out onto the driveway. Currently paved with a raised flower bed it offers a blank canvas to potential buyers which is both private and secure.
