Offering 3 bedrooms and 2 reception rooms, there's a modern kitchen and bathroom and very attractive conservatory. The garden is west facing....perfect for the summer sun.

THE LOCATION Scale Hall is a popular residential area located centrally between Lancaster and Morecambe. The area predominately comprises semi detached homes, many with generously sized gardens, although bungalows and town houses also appear. Local amenities include primary schools and nurseries, convenience stores and supermarkets and a post office to name a few. Regular buses connect Lancaster and Morecambe and there is also a cycle path into the towns. Ryelands Park is close by. THE PROPERTY OVERVIEW No 25.
