"ARE YOU STRUGGLING TO FIND A SEMI DETACHED HOME WITH THREE GOOD SIZED BEDROOMS? THEN LOOK NO FURTHER!!! This home offers just that as there is no ''box room'' which will please many buyers. The property is neutrally decorated throughout, and in an ideal location for families, with schools, amenities and a park all close to hand. There is even No Chain, so come and have a look!

ABOUT THE AREA Central Avenue is located in the area of Lancaster known as Beaumont and the area mainly consists of similar styled semi detached homes, although there are also some older terrace homes. Close by you will find a handy Spar convenience store, canal side walks and an open playing field known as King Georges Field where you will find a children's play area and local football pitches.
The canal will take you through into the City Centre of Lancaster or out towards the seaside village of Hest Bank where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets over Morecambe Bay.
The area is very popular with families as there are a variety of local Primary and Secondary Schools available within walking distance. IS THIS WHAT YOUR AFTER? This semi detached home has everything you would expect as a buyer but unlike other semi detached homes you may have seen, there is no ''Box Room'' which can often put some buyers off. Instead upstairs you will find three rooms which can all accommodate a double if necessary along with a modern three piece bathroom.
On the ground floor you will find a through lounge diner which can be separated by the glazed doors in an evening and the dining area also features patio doors leading to the rear garden. Buyers will also find the kitchen has ample built in storage along with a handy understairs cupboard.
Externally there is off road parking, gardens and a generous sized garage for further storage.
Come and have a look at what just might be your new home! WELCOME... The main entrance at the front of the home opens up into an attractive hallway, decorated in a soft palette of colours and a solid oak floor with light entering through the frosted window to the side of the doorway. In the hallway you will also find a rather handy storage cupboard under the stairs so you have somewhere to hide all your bits and pieces.
Naturally the stairs will entice you to venture upstairs, but first we must explore the ground floor... OPEN PLAN OR SEPARATE? So what do you like? Open Plan living or rooms which you can escape and relax? Well with this home you have the option as the lounge and dining room can be open to one another or closed with the Georgian style glazed doors.
The lounge has been well presented with the main wall having feature wall paper and you look out over the front garden. The dining room has again be appointed well and has the added benefit from having double glazed patio doors where you can step out onto the patio garden area on those sunny days we all love. SMALL BUT PERFECT The kitchen may not be the largest room in the house but there is still plenty on offer here. The owners have made the most of this room with a good range of built in storage units and space for the white goods we all require is also available. The floor has been tiled along with the splash backs to compliment.
A window looks out over the rear garden and there is a side exit door which will take you out onto the driveway. LETS GO UPSTAIRS... Once you are up on the first floor landing, you will see that the neutral decoration and well loved feeling continues. A window to the side elevation allows the natural light to flow onto the landing and timber doors provide access into all the rooms available. DOUBLE BEDROOMS All three bedrooms can accommodate double beds if that's what you need as the pictures will show. Yes that's right even the third bedroom is a good size.
The master bedroom is to the front of the home and is the largest of the rooms as you would expect with the second bedroom overlooking your rear garden. The third room has a similar aspect and overlooks the rear of the property. EVERYTHING YOU NEED The bathroom has all the items which you would expect. The three piece suite has been fitted in a modern style and there is even a shower above the bath. You will see that the walls have been fully tiled for ease of cleaning and there is a tiled effect floor to complete the room. WHAT'S OUTSIDE The front of the home offers off street parking and a low maintenance garden with a walled boundary. The driveway continues up the side of the home after you pass through a timber gate, allowing extra parking if needed.
Once in round the back of the property you will find the garden is a good size with a flagged area which would be an ideal place for your patio furniture before stepping onto the lawned garden area which has planted borders. A timber storage shed is also available which will be a great place for bikes, gardening tools or children's toys etc..."
