Why live here? Live at Equitable House because you want to be in the city centre, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Choose to live here for the more cultural night life with the theatres and cinema close by. The shops are only a short stroll. The canal is close by . 10 minutes by foot takes you to Williamson Park. If you need to commute, the access to the M6 is easy, you can even avoid the one way system!
This area has it all! What do we like? Welcome to this top floor apartment. What strikes you here is just how bright and airy this home is. We put this down to it's great top floor position and westerly view. We love the security it offers and the peace of mind. A huge velux window on the communal landing floods the area with natural light. There's storage set of the hallway including hanging space for coats and an attic which is part boarded for your suitcase and Christmas Tree. This apartment is in good decorative order.

If you are a first time buyer you'll love the city centre location but also the sense of security.
If you are an investor, you'll be pleased to know that this apartment would rent out for ?475 pcm. Its a great investment. The lounge and kitchen Hang your coat up in the hallway cupboard and head through to the lounge. There's space to relax. The decor is neutral, freshly done in soft cream.
