"A beautiful 18th century cottage. This is a home with character. It's one which the current owner has sympathetically renovated. Think cosy wood burning stove and feature stone walls. A must see.

What we like 'We love the character of this home. The current owner has been very sympathetic with the renovations. The multi-fuel stove will appeal to many' The Location Brookhouse is a quaint village 5 miles north-east of Lancaster on the road to Hornby in the valley of the River Lune. The village dates back to the 18th century, and has evidence of Roman settlement dating back to 1803.
Today it is a modern village. It has kept much of its's original charm and today has a range of excellent amenities. Schools are excellent. The M6 for commuters is only a short drive. A cosy Welcome As soon as you set foot through the front door you are charmed by the character of the home from the Inglenook chimney breast to the wooden panels. This is home ideal for a first time buyer or a home to downsize too and enjoy the easy life. Briefly the home offers a living room and kitchen diner to the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with great features to them and a three piece bathroom. Charming Living As you enter the home you are wrapped up by warm charming hug from the characterful lounge.
