"If you are a young couple looking to start a new family and need a home then how does this suit your needs? With three bedrooms, off road parking and a garden to enjoy this could be your new home. The decor is tasteful and neutral with modern touches throughout.

About the location Ashton Drive is situated just off the A6 north of the city centre and is surrounded by similar styled semi detached homes. Close by you will find the main A6 which will lead you south directly into the main city centre or north out towards Carnforth and then the lake district beyond beyond. There are a variety of local Primary and High schools within walking distance, a local church and also a good range of amenities close to hand. Riverside and canal side walks are also not too far away and there is also a spacious park round the corner where you will find football pitches, tennis and basket ball courts and play areas for young children. What we like... We love the fact that the living space in this home is a great space to both relax and entertain. Cosy up in front of the fire in the winter months and open the French doors from the dining area throughout the Summer months. A great room to enjoy all year round. A little about the home This semi detached property would suite any family buyer or even a young couple maybe looking for a home for the future. The ground floor entrance at the front opens into a well appointed hallway before you step through to the open plan living/dining area.
