" Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd. are very proud to offer for sale this exceptionally beautiful 3 bedroomed property on Stanley Drive, just off Knowlsley Road, in the south part of Darwen, close to Whitehall Park, in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Approach to this lovely house is from the front driveway, which has parking for 2 or 3 cars, and as you can see from the pictures, there are well tended gardens just to the right of the drive.

Going into the house throught the spacious vestibule, you enter an impressive hallway that benefits from laminate flooring.

It's from the hallway that the upstairs can be accessed. Just off to the left is the cloakroom, the big utility room and the main lounge/family room is straight ahead to the right.
There is plenty of concealed storage space in the hallway, including an area to hang coats.

The utility room, which is just of to the left, is quite deceptive. As you will see form the measurements below, it is much bigger than you might imagine. It's fully kitted out with modern appliances and benefits from a large sink and loads of wardrobe storage space.

The main lounge goes the whole length of the house, with a dining area at one end.
