"FULL DESCRIPTION Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is delighted to be offering this lovely, spacious, end-terraced property for rent. Situated in one of the most popular parts of town we believe this property will be gone before you know it!!

Maria Street is just off Bolton Road, on the south side of Darwen. It's close to a main bus route and local shops.... pretty much all you need really. And if you have a car or two, that's not a problem as there's plenty of parking.

Anyway, lets talk about the inside....

As you enter by the front door, there's a vestibule which leads into the main lounge. Its a spacious lounge with a large front window allowing loads of light in. There's also a modern electric fire suite.. great for effect and topping up the temperature just when you need it!

Heading to the back of the house there's a spacious kitchen diner.
As you can see form the pictures, it benefits from a modern kitchen with loads of cupboard space... both base and wall units.

Access to the rear yard is through the back door which leads out from the kitchen.
